Sneakers were optional! Today, Highland Valley Elder Service employees used their lunch break to enjoy the beautiful fall day to get out and talk a walk. It’s all to help bring attention to Falls Prevention Awareness Week (September 21st to September 25th.) The National Council on Aging is trying to get the message across that falling is serious concern for older adults.
