An Aging Disability and Resource Consortium (ADRC) is a partnership between a region’s elder service organization, known as Aging Service Access Points (ASAPs) and an area’s Independent Living Center (ILC). An ADRC provides streamlined access to services for elders and people with disabilities. The goal of the ADRC is to help all people with long-term care needs regardless of their age or disability. Highland Valley is a member of the Pioneer Valley Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (PVADRC), which also includes Stavros, LifePath, WestMass ElderCare, and Greater Springfield Senior Services.
