Valerie oversees Programs and Services at Highland Valley Elder Services. She has been with the agency for over 25 years. She has her Master's of Gerontology, Management of Aging Services, from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Valerie works with the Home Care, Protective Services, Nursing and Information & Referral Program Directors to maximize our efficiency and ensure an extremely high level of customer service to our consumers. She also works to maintain EOEA compliance and position Highland as a model ASAP.
