Kelly Ensor serves as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Highland Valley Elder Services. She has nearly twelve years of experience in human services, in a variety of settings, but has found her passion in serving older adults. Kelly started her work at Highland Valley four years ago as a Care Advisor and quickly moved into the role of Home Care Supervisor. In 2018, she took the position of PQI Director and joined the Senior Management Team in February 2019. Kelly is dedicated to ensuring quality care is provided to consumers, caregivers, and families, and takes an enthusiastic approach to problem solving.
Kelly received her Associate of Human Services at Berkshire Community College, Bachelor of Social Work at Elms College, and Master of Social Work at the University of Connecticut. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts.
