November is National Family Caregivers Month. Caring for a family member or loved one is not an easy job. Family caregivers help older adults and people with disabilities every day. So, take time to thank and appreciate their efforts!Caregivers provide some of the basic needs for those needing assistance, from baths, grocery shopping, cleaning the house to laundry chores and so much more!

•Over half of family caregivers are women.
•Nearly 70% of caregivers report they don’t see their doctor regularly because of their responsibilities.
•Most caregivers work outside the home either part-time or full-time, in addition to their Caregiving responsibilities.
