Some employees from Highland Valley’s Protective Services Department travelled to Washington state recently. Melissa McCaffrey, Maeve Moller Mullen and Robert Croteau took part in the NAPSA 2025 Conference (National Adult Protective Services Association) from September 8th to September 11th. All three attended workshops with the goal to learn more about how to help the older adults our agency serves.
