Health & Wellness

Nutrition and Hydration Week takes place from March 16th to 22nd. The goal is to raise awareness on how food and drink can preserve our well-being. Adults over 60 should drink about 9 cups of fluids per day for women and 13 cups for men. The total includes drinking water and beverages and the foods you eat. Remember donโ€™t wait until you are thirsty to drink water. Foods like watermelon, cucumber, and strawberries are water-rich and can boost your daily water intake.
