About the Personal Care and Homemaker Program

Adult Day Health provides an alternative to institutional care through an organized program of health care supervision, restorative services and socialization. Social Day Care Services involve elders in recreational and social activities in a supervised setting. Dementia Programs provide activities and services for elders with memory impairment, and includes a midday meal and transportation where available.
