Continue The Elder Law Project, which serves low-income elders; elders who can only maintain themselves in their own homes with the assistance of government benefits; elders who need protective services; elders who have no other means of access to the legal system; and elders who present legal problems.
The Project provides legal assistance to resolve serious legal matters that directly affect the fundamental rights or address the basic needs of elders with the greatest economic and social need, and works to assure their independence and maintain their dignity.
